Advanced Practice Clinician - Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Job Details:
• Full-time position (40 hours per week with 34 clinical hours and 6 admin hours) • Work with a team passionate about community health and family medicine • Serve a largely migrant and Latino community • Manage your own patient panel in a team-based approach to patient care • Work with certified bilingual Medical Assistants dedicated to assisting in translation and patient care • Clinic hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 6:00 pm • EMR system is EPIC • Qualifications: Master's or Doctoral Degree for Nurse Practitioners or Master's Degree/Bachelor's Degree in Health Science with two-year Physician Assistant training program • $15,000 Hiring Bonus available • $20,000 Relocation allowance • $50,000 student loan repayment assistance beginning the month after your start date • Malpractice insurance coverage (no tail coverage policy needed) • 4-week Medical Spanish Immersion Program in Xayla, Guatemala • $3,100 annual CME allowance with 40 hours of CME time • Excellent benefits including medical, dental, and vision at no out-of-pocket cost to employees • Great personal leave time with 8 paid holidays per year • Retirement benefits including profit-sharing plan 401a and 403b retirement plan • Automatic life insurance policy and employee assistance program
