This facility is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) and patient-centered medical home dedicated to serving communities regardless of citizenship status or ability to pay. The Lincoln Avenue Medical-Dental Clinic provides comprehensive care through a team-based approach, allowing providers to develop and cultivate meaningful patient relationships while managing their own patient panels.

Advanced Practice Clinician - Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (Pediatric Focus)

Job Details:
• Full-time position (1.0 FTE, 40 hours per week) • Provide dedicated care and same-day appointments for pediatric patients • Serve a largely migrant and Latino community • Work with certified bilingual Medical Assistants dedicated to translation and patient care • Utilize EPIC EMR system • Clinic operational hours: Monday-Friday 7:30am-7:00pm; Saturday 9:00am-4:00pm • HPSA Score for Primary Care: 18 • Opportunity for a 4-week Medical Spanish Immersion Program in Xayla, Guatemala • Must complete a Master's or Doctoral Degree for Nurse Practitioners or Master's Degree/Bachelor's Degree in Health Science with two-year PA training program for Physician Assistants • New graduates welcomed - clinical rotations and experience in community health or with underserved populations valued

Compensation:
Employed salary with benefits.
