Walk-in Clinic Physician Assistant Job | 4-days and Student Loan Program | WA

Mason Health, a top critical-access hospital in the Puget Sound, seeks a Walk-in Clinic Physician Associate (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join their rapidly expanding team in Shelton, Washington (WA).

Position Details:
- 4 9-hour shifts per week
- Walk-in clinic only setting
- Procedures not required, but are optional, if interested
- 2 Dedicated RNs and 1 MA per provider
- Supportive environment with mentorship available from 15 MDs and 15 APPs within Mason Health's primary care team
- Experienced candidates are preferred

Compensation Details:
- Base salary in the range of $150,000-$162,000 - negotiable based on skills and experience
- Current providers are earning ~$170,000-$195,000 with production bonuses
- Negotiable sign-on bonus starting at $10,000
- Student loan repayment program up to $60,000
- Benefits package with health, dental, and vision insurance, CME Stipend, 2 Retirement plans and 1 pension plan available with 8% match
