Nurse Practitioner Job Requirements

• At least 3 years of nurse practitioner experience in family medicine or acute care (panel management required)
• Clinical experience with chronic pain management
• Board certified or board eligible nurse practitioner (within 5 years of residency)
• Active DEA license required prior to start
• BLS and PALS certifications
• Current immunizations for credentialing (Flu, TB, MMR, Hep B, Varicella, Tdap)
• Credentialing process: 45–60 days

Healthcare Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive acute and chronic care to pediatric and adult patients
• Manage a minimum of 18 patient encounters daily
• Complete chart closure within 72 hours of patient visits
• Provide high-quality care, including chronic pain management, in family medicine
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team for optimal patient outcomes
• Ensure compliance with credentialing and documentation standards
