As a clinical provider, you are responsible for providing primary care to our patients in our outpatient clinic(s). You will manage the health of patients by providing preventive evaluations, wellness education, and treating acute and chronic illnesses/conditions. In addition, you will prescribe, order labs/tests. and document care in the electronic medical record.

Position Highlights

  • Outpatient Primary Care: Average 18–22 patients per day with 15- and 30-minute appointments
  • Flexible Schedule: Full-time is a 4-day work week
  • Specialty Focus: Choose to focus on Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
  • Collaborative Team: Work alongside physicians, pediatricians, and advanced practice clinicians
  • Modern Facility: Newly remodeled clinic with Walk-In, Lab, and X-ray services on-site
  • No Call Requirement
  • Technology Support: EPIC EMR with AI tools to assist with charting

Qualifications

  • National certification as a Nurse Practitioner (AANP or ANCC) or Physician Assistant
  • Unrestricted Washington State license (or ability to obtain)
  • Current DEA registration (or ability to obtain)
  • BLS and ACLS certification
  • EMR proficiency

The salary range for this role is $104,500 to $156,000 annually based on full-time employment. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
