Join a team of urgent care providers supporting 4 locations. Multiple providers working each shift.

FTE: .9 Shift: Day Schedule: 9am - 9pm (3 shifts per week)

Base Compensation: $130,218.00 (Based on 1.0 FTE)

Requirements

• Washington State Nurse Practitioner license by the time of employment
• DEA, NPI & Prescriptive authority
• Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association
