Opportunity: Seeking an experienced Family Medicine Advanced Practice Provider
*Full-time, employed opportunity
*Flexible schedules: 4 or 5 day work week
*Outpatient only
*EMR is EPIC
*Average 20-25 patients/day

Compensation: Competitive yearly salary based on experience plus monthly WRVU bonus opportunity. Comprehensive benefits package includes medical and dental insurance, 401k matching, sick leave, long-term disability, PTO, relocation reimbursement, and signing bonus. Site eligible for federal, state and internal student loan repayment.
